  • Choral Music The combined choirs of local churches will give a recital in the Church at 3pm
  • The Palmerstone Dancers on the Green at 4pm
  • Service of Compline in the Church at 6pm

Friday 16th 9-10:30pm - Evening bat walk in Wanstead Park.
Meet: The tea hut.
Leader: Francis Castro.
Come and listen to the bats flying over Wanstead Park by the use of Bat Detectors.

Friday 16th 10-12pm - Midnight Moth trapping.
Meet: The Temple enclosure.
Leader: Tim Harris.
A moth trap, which does not harm the moths, will be in operation by the Temple.
Come and see what has been attracted by the light!

St Mary's Church is a short distance north of our old meeting place. Parking is allowed on the single yellow lines outside in the High Road after 6.30 pm. There is also free parking at Derby Road car park.
It is about a 15 minute walk from South Woodford tube station (on Central line). Buses 179 and W13 stop nearby.
